ri0t-mama-deactivated20110731: i was having contractions literally nonstop for hours and not progressing at all even after cytotec twice and pitocin. and it didn't help to turn the pitocin down... so i got an epidural so i can sleep. i'm feeling a little defeated cause everything went completely opposite of how i'd hoped but pretty much too exhausted to care at this point

I’m so sorry I haven’t been around at all today. We were at my mother-in-law’s in Alberton and her internet was down. Boo!
Anyways, I hope that all went well today and that you’re enjoying baby Elliot. Remember that in the end, how he was born truly doesn’t matter. So long as both you and he are safe and healthy, all is well.
I cannot wait to see pictures and to hear how to rest of your day went.
I wish I could have been there with you in the hospital for all of this, I really do.
I hope you’re getting lots of rest.
